Nursing Home Care
If you need long-term care, your 24-hour nursing care will be coordinated with your physician. Our staff follows an individualized care plan and conducts ongoing health assessments. We provide engage recreational and religious activities.
Our Medicare-certified nursing home offers:

- Short-term rehabilitation, including physical, occupational and speech therapy to prepare you to return home
