At Paul’s Run, we offer Liberty Lifestyles to enhance your overall health and mobility. Wellness nurses provide all Independent Living residents with a free initial health assessment and home safety check, blood pressure screening and medical history and review of medications. Whatever your level of fitness, you can get moving again by participating in chair yoga or a gentle exercise class.
