Rehabilitation

Helping You Get Back On Your Feet After an Injury or Illness

At Paul’s Run, we understand and respect your desire to return to your greatest level of independence after recovering from an illness, injury or surgery. Our nurses and licensed therapists focus on helping short-term rehabilitation patients recover successfully and return home as quickly as possible.

Paul’s Run can help bridge the gap in services for patients who have been on observation status, but do not need to be hospitalized. With three levels of care—Independent Living, Personal Care, and Skilled Nursing—patients can privately admit to Paul’s Run at the best level to manage their needs. With our 24-hour on-site nursing, and rehabilitation, we can monitor and manage the patient’s medical needs and assist with a successful transition to home, while helping to avoid a hospital stay.

We will also monitor your progress through your treatment time at Paul’s Run and discuss any medical or discharge changes with you. These assessment, evaluations and consult sessions are available to our patients seven days a week.
