Personal Care for Seniors

We are Love and Family!

“As the Paul’s Run Personal Care Administrator, my passion in my position is that I get to make differences in people’s lives. It is important to me, that the people we serve have the best care and they are treated as individuals with respect and dignity. At Paul’s Run Personal Care the staff treat the resident as if they are family. The food is great and there are various types of activities throughout the day.

— Stacey Wildsmith, Personal Care Administrator

Whatever we need they’re happy to help and we just love that they are so willing to listen. They’re very kind and they really care about the residents who live here. We’re so happy that we live at Paul’s Run.

Bernie and Freda Samuels, residents at Paul’s Run

Paul’s Run Personal Care services provide seniors the support, care, and lifestyle where our residents can live to the best of their abilities. Our focus as a team is to provide “resident centered” care where each resident is provided with an individual care plan to achieve both their goals, while providing families with a great sense of security and peace of mind.

Resident-Centered Care

Our emphasis on “resident-centered” care is based on creating individual relationships that help to nurture each person as an individual whose daily life has purpose and meaning. Staff members have received special training to help caregivers gain insights into the unique personalities of the residents we serve. We are devoted each resident’s quality of life and happiness.

Meet Resident Care Coordinator, Megan McGillian

Paul’s Run Personal Care provides seniors with so many aspects of community life to enjoy. Meghan helps residents make the most of their living experience; she says her role is similar to that of a concierge.

“I’m our residents’ go-to person for anything they need. If they have any questions or need help with anything I’m there,” she says. From running small errands like trips to the grocery store and post office, as well as making sure all the amenities needed within the residents Personal Care apartment is in working order, or simply stopping by to socialize, Meghan enjoys building close relationships and getting to know the Personal Care residents and their families.

Our residents make me smile. I enjoy being a support system for them and helping them settle into their new Personal Care apartments. They are more than residents to me. They are my friends.”
